It was great to spend time at #WarwickCareersFair meeting all the talented and hardworking students of the University of Warwick early this week. Five of our Fast Streamers (who also happen to be Warwick alumni) spent the day talking about how you can develop into leadership roles through our 17 different professional schemes, and #GrowLikeNowhereElse. Some key advice they gave would be:
● Focus on reading the Civil Service Behaviours, and think about how you have shown them in your experiences.💪
● In your assessment centre, focus on teamwork and making sure everyone is heard📢
● Read the scheme descriptions and consider which schemes have roles you would really enjoy!💡
