This year we are offering you the opportunity to take part in our KPMG Employability Award. The Award will provide you with the opportunity to develop your employability skills, virtually

network with our colleagues, and learn more about what KPMG looks for in our people.

What are the KPMG Employability Awards?

The programme consists of 5 skills sessions covering:

    • KPMG Overview
    • Focus on Digital Wellbeing
    • Interview Skills
    • Mock Interview
    • Celebration Event

All sessions are virtual via Microsoft Teams with the option of attending an in-person or virtual celebration event. (Dependent on your location)

You’ll hear first-hand what it’s like to work at KPMG and discover more about the variety of work we do across different industries. You are required to attend all 5 Employability Award sessions to receive your completion certificate and £25 voucher.

When will the Employability Awards take place?

The programme will run from November 2022 through to December 2022. The first session will take place on 24th November 2022.

Am I Eligible?

The criteria for this programme is:

  • Graduating in 2023
  • GCSE Maths & English grade B(5) or above (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 120 UCAS points (or equivalent)
  • Predicted a 2:1 undergraduate degree
