RISE is short for ‘Reach, Inspire, Support and Empower’, and is a programme that connects LBG colleagues with students to talk about employability and inclusion, particularly around diversity and ethnicity. RISE in Banking gives students from ethnic minority backgrounds the chance to learn about the world of Banking and Financial Markets at Lloyds.
The programme is running from 11 – 15 July 2022. Students will be given the opportunity to learn about a range of product areas, develop soft skills and network with colleagues working across the bank. They are welcoming ethnic minority students from all backgrounds.
