Moving aboard and starting a new career is always challenging – both on a social level and on an organizational level.
But we are here to help! Together with the other EUTOPIA Universities, we will host an online workshop series on what to think about before moving and what to expect when you have arrived.
We at the University of Gothenburg will kick-off this series with our online workshop ‘MOVING TO SWEDEN’. The workshop will cover questions on
- How to find a place to live?
- What are the must haves in Sweden?
- How to deal with Swedish Authorities?
- What do I do when I get sick?
- How much does it cost to live in Sweden?
- Which insurances do I need?
You will also be able to listen to and ask questions to a self-experienced panel. They will share their valuable thoughts on how to get into the Swedish society and feel at home here.
