The scheme will run during the 2021/2022 academic year. Each mentee will be paired with a female barrister from One Essex Court as a mentor. The scheme includes:
• One-to-one meetings with your mentor through the course of the year (in person or virtual)
• A skills afternoon to build on application and interview skills currently anticipated for 14 January 2022
Applications are open to those who are intending to apply for pupillage in the year 2021/22 to 2022/23. We welcome applicants of any gender, and we particularly welcome applications from those under-represented at the Commercial Bar.
